The Polish government plans to introduce an additional fee for the wholesale purchase of apartments by investment funds, announced Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Work on the planned regulation is carried out at the Ministry of Development and Technology.
The Prime Minister was asked about the regulations in this area announced a few months ago.
“These works are carried out by the Ministry of Development and Technology, by Minister [Waldemar] Buda, and they mainly cover possible additional fees in the event that the fund buys flats in bulk, because this in fact also raises the price of flats for ordinary Poles for Polish families. who want to buy an apartment,” said Morawiecki during a press conference.
“We want such a solution to appear soon,” added the Prime Minister.
