The next phase of Zemunske Kapije, new residential complex, is set to break ground in Belgrade this month after securing a building permit from the Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure. The next phase of the project will offer 360 apartments on 26,293 sqm of space in three buildings. The Building Directorate of Serbia is investing about €16.8m in the scheme, which will offer 1,700 apartments once fully built out.
