Around 74,000 sqm of office space was delivered to the Łódź market in 2017, according to the latest JLL report. Project completions included Przystanek mBank (25,000 sqm) and Nowa Fabryczna (19,000 sqm). More than 100,000 sqm is currently under construction, including Brama Miasta B1&B2, Ogrodowa Office, Hi Piotrkowska, Imagine A&B and Monopolis. A number of office projects are located along the so-called W-Z route, particularly in the section between Aleja Kościuszki to the Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego Rydza junction. If all projects currently under development are completed on time, an additional 110,000 sqm of office will be delivered along this route by 2020, according to JLL.
