More than 200 lease transactions, totaling 412,000 sqm, closed last year on the Bucharest office market, according to the latest CBRE Romania report.
The consultancy reports that 71 percent of total office demand in 2016 was for class A offices, amounting to 69 percent of total leases. The highest demand was seen in Bucharest West (36 percent) and Pipera (25 percent).
