Law firm Morgan & Morgan has acquired a office building in Ocala for $535,000. The firm bought the 3,736 sqf building at 1007 East Silver Springs Boulevard for just over $143 per square foot. The building will be the firm’s nineteenth office in the state and its first in Marion County. Morgan & Morgan is expected to move into the asset this fall and employ 15 attorneys and support staff. CBRE represented the firm during the purchase.
