West Palm Beach-based Morning Calm Management has closed on the purchase of a Class A office building in Boca Raton in a $38.9 million deal. Constructed in 1987, the property at 301 East Yamato Road boasts 206,000 square feet. Changing hands for just under $189 per sqf, the building tenants include Client First Settlement Funding, Bridge Direct, Seeman Holtz, TDL and Luks Santaniello. Morning calm completed the acqusition with a $29.5 million mortgage provided by Allegiant Real Estate Capital.
