MorseLife Health System, a not-for-profit provider of health care programs for senior citizens, will break ground on Thursday on Tower at MorseLife, a new apartment project in West Palm Beach. The 317 unit apartment building will sit on a 37-acre site and offer one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 780 square feet to 1,500 square feet. The $77.6 million project, which is slated to open in the summer of 2017, is designed for active seniors who want easy access to food service, cleaning service and medical care. The building will be built by Whiting-Turner and was designed by Perkins Eastman.
