Beverly Hills, Calif.-based PRG Victoria has purchased the Victoria Place Apartments in east Orlando for $47.8 million. Located next to the Waterford Lakes Town Center at 12612 Victoria Place Circle the 364 unit complex traded for $131,181 per unit.
