Mosaic Development begins work on Kissimmee residential scheme

10 August 2016

Mosaic Development has commenced construction on downtown Kissimmee’s Toho Square, a construction project related to the second phase of the SunRail’s south expansion. The first part of the $16 million Toho Square redevelopment project will entail a $7 million, 400-place parking garage, which will house three 37 one-bedroom apartments for rent. It’s being built on a 10 acre site of the Orlando sub-market between Ruby Avenue and East Monument Avenue. The contractor for the garage is Tampa-based RR Simmons, and the contractor for the residential development is Lansing, Mich.-based Wieland Construction. Construction is expected to be wrapped up by the summer of 2017, in time for SunRail’s start in early 2018.
