Moscow is auctioning off 13 commercial buildings with a total area of 53,000 sqm along with all of its shares in JSC Tagansky, a meat processing plant. The initial price that’s been set is RUB 1.61bn. The buildings belong to the State Unitary Enterprise of Moscow. The property includes an administrative and warehouse complex in the Nizhny Novgorod region of Moscow. There are also 44,100 sqm of production facilities, 2,300 sqm of offices, and auxiliary facilities. City officials say they were all built in the late 1980’s and are in satisfactory condition. The auction is scheduled for May 27, 2016.
