Mostostal Warszawa took 3,300 sqm of office space in the second phase of Echo Investment’s Park Rozwoju in Warsaw. The second phase was completed in May. Other tenants include Schneider Electric (3,800 sqm) and Intergraph (1,200 sqm). Mostostal Warszawa is one of the biggest contractors on the Polish market.
“This recent agreement is an important step in the leasing of the second phase of the project,” said Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager for Echo’s hotel and office division, “We’re very happy that the company selected Park Rozwoju for its new premises.”
