Mostostal has started work on the construction of a multi-family residential building in Poznan for Vantage Development SA. The investment will be located at Wagrowska Street and will include 235 apartments. The building will have nine above-ground floors and one underground level, 5 staircases and a garage. The task also includes the full development of the area with elements of street furniture and outdoor lighting, as well as the construction of water and telecommunications connections, sanitary and rain sewage systems as well as roads. The building will be supplied with water, electricity and heat, sanitary sewage and rainwater will be properly drained to municipal sanitary and rainwater sewage systems. The usable area of the building will exceed 11,000 sqm. Contract value amounts PLN 47.60 million net.
