Mostostal Warszawa recorded PLN 15 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 5.83 million profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.
Total Consolidated Net Profit last year amounted to PLN 24.71 million compared to PLN 8.08 million profit a year earlier.
The operating profit amounted to PLN 39.91 million versus PLN 33.91 million profit a year earlier.
Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 1,305.03 million in 2021 compared to PLN 1,365.48 million a year earlier.
“Despite the challenges related to the ongoing SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, as well as its economic and social consequences, we have kept our capital group in a very good condition. This is another proof of our organizational, human, technical and financial potential” – wrote President Miguel Angel Heras Llorente in a letter to shareholders.
In 2021, consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 1 305 030 thousand. PLN, and the gross profit on sales amounted to 118 068 thousand. PLN (in 2020, gross profit on sales amounted to: PLN 101 909 thousand). Due to the improved profitability of the contracts performed, the gross profit on sales was higher than in the previous year, despite the decline in consolidated sales revenues, the management report stated.
On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 was PLN 8.6 million, compared to PLN 4.29 million in profit a year earlier.
Mostostal Warszawa is active in all basic sectors of the construction industry, and the scope of services includes general contracting of investments and implementation of “turnkey” projects for domestic and foreign partners. The company debuted on the WSE in 1993. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.31 billion in 2021.
