Mostostal Warszawa’s PLN 92 mil. bid was chosen for the construction of a cargo terminal in Balice.

Mostostal Warszawa’s offer, worth PLN 91.94 million was selected as the most advantageous by the International Airport. John Paul II in the proceedings entitled “Construction of a new cargo terminal at John Paul II Kraków Balice International Airport,” the company said.

“The offer submitted by the company includes:
– Contract value: PLN 91.94 million gross, including the option to supply and install additional building elements (dosimetric gates and unloading roller jack) with a total gross value of PLN 0.58 million. The contracting authority is obliged to inform the company about exercising the option right within 12 months from the date of signing the contract covering the subject of this procedure.
– Completion date: 23 months from the date of signing the contract.
– Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery to the ordering party of a correctly issued invoice.
– Warranty period: for building structures 120 months, roof tightness 60 months for other elements 24 months.
– Performance bond: 5% of the gross offer price contributed in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

Mostostal Warszawa is active in all basic sectors of the construction industry, and the scope of services includes general contracting of investments and implementation of “turnkey” projects for domestic and foreign partners. The company debuted on the WSE in 1993. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.31 billion in 2021.
