On February 3, 2022, Mostostal Warszawa signed two contracts with Spravia (formerly Budimex Nieruchomo艣ci) for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings in Krak贸w. The total value of both contracts is PLN 134.80 million net.
The tasks will include the construction of stages II and III of the Nowa My艣liwska estate. Stage II will consist of two above-ground segments, located on a common underground garage. The six-storey building will include 329 apartments for rent, as well as premises for the building service office, trolley rooms and built-in garbage cans. The building will also have an underground level devoted entirely to a garage for 349 parking places for cars, bicycle storage, storage rooms as well as technical and utility rooms.
Stage III will consist of one segment, located on a common underground garage. The six-storey building will include 174 apartments for sale, as well as trolley rooms and built-in garbage cans. The building will also have an underground level devoted entirely to a garage for 172 parking spaces, bicycle storage, storage rooms and technical rooms.
“We are strengthening our long-term presence in Krak贸w. In addition to investments for the public sector, such as the projects of the AGH University of Science and Technology and the Social and Economic Innovation Cluster Zab艂ocie 20.22 implemented for the City, we diversify our activity in the field of construction of private investments in residential buildings,” says Jorge Calabuig Ferre, Vice President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa.
Agreements with Spravia (formerly Budimex Nieruchomo艣ci) also provide for the construction of accompanying infrastructure: internal installations, including sections outside the buildings, internal communication system, playground, recreation area and elements of small architecture.
