Mota-Engil Real Estate Management has started the construction of the La Scala residential scheme in the Warsaw’s Mokotow district. The investment is located at Madalinskiego Street and will consists of 10 apartments, including a penthouse with a roof terrace and one commercial unit. The project will offer apartments with an area from 25 sqm to over 120 sqm and a commercial space of almost 120 sqm. La Scala will be distinguished by the cascade form of the building, which allowed the design terraces from the backyard and a characteristic undercut from the entrance. The façade will be covered with white enameled brick reflecting the sun’s rays. The brick modules will refer to the rectangular elevation divisions located on the opposite corner of the Wedel Juliusz Zorawski House.
