Monument Real Estate Services has been retained to manage two apartment communities in North Carolina. The two complexes are Haven at Research Triangle Park, a 369-unit community in Durham, and 1700 Place, a 214-unit community in Charlotte. 1700 Place was known formerly as Arium McAlpine Place. The properties are to undergo a number of upgrades including the installation of new cabinets, appliances, lighting and flooring in all units as well as improvements to the clubhouses and pool areas. Based in Miami, the new assignments brings the company’s North Carolina portfolio to over 2,100 units.

He said the deal meant the company now serves the owners and residents of more than 2,100 units in North Carolina across 11 properties.”
