MPC Properties opens Usce Tower Two in Belgrade

11 June 2020

The Usce Tower Two office building in Belgrade was opened today by the developer MPC Properties. The 22-storey building offers 23,200 sqm of office space. Bojan Jevremović, who is in charge of leasing for MPC Properties said the building had been built to a high environmental standard and would be seeking BREEAM certification.

Built at the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, the building features a decentralized natural ventilation system that allows employees in the building to bring fresh air into the building at the push of a button. It’s the first time such a feature has been used in a modern office building in Serbia.
