MPC Capital and Denmark-based real estate investor Sparinvest are planning to develop a student residence under the brand Staytoo in Nuremberg. The companies have earmarked €50m for the project. The project will be built on Äußere Bayreuther Strasse and will offer 150 units. Construction is set to begin this summer. Staytoo is part of MPC’s strategy to expand its activities into the asset management and development fields.
