MR Studio, the company offering bathroom equipment has leased 400 sqm in Woloska 24 office building in Warsaw. The 11-floor property is located at Warsaw’s Mokotow district and offers 20,000 sqm. The scheme include 20 ground parking spots and 550 underground ones. The developer of the project is Ghelamco, while JLL is the exclusive leasing agent of the property. Wołoska 24 was awarded BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
