Monument Real Estate Services has announced the appointment of Gregory Lozinak as its new chief operating officer. Lozinak will be responsible for overseeing the company’s portfolio of more than 12,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Southwest and Southeast regions of the U.S. and MRES’ daily operations and infrastructure. Before joining MRES, Lozinak acted as division president of Invitation Homes, and held top positions with ING Clarion Partners and Archstone. Lozinak served six years as an officer in the U.S. Army and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Saint Bonaventure University of Allegany, N.Y.
