On the four floors of the Warsaw Trade Tower, you can admire a completely new arrangement of the office of MSD Polska. A much more functional and modern space designed on an area of 5,000 sqm makes an impression. Sodexo was responsible for the coordination of the entire process with the support of a partner – Workplace in the field of project management, architecture / design and change management. The MSD Polska team also actively participated in the consultations.
The new office of MSD Polska, a company belonging to a global biopharmaceutical concern, represents a new trend that has been gaining popularity since the pandemic. It is about departing from open space in favor of diverse, inspiring zones intended for team or individual work. Professional project management made it possible to carry out renovation works in just four months. As a result, on four floors with a total area of 5,000 sqm an inspiring and modern office space with numerous amenities was created.
“Making a fit-out for MSD was a big challenge. The implementation required a comprehensive approach to all stages. As part of the implementation, in addition to standard fit-out works, we carried out a thorough reconstruction of the ventilation, cooling, emergency lighting systems and modernization of the BMS system. Globalworth consistently invests in its buildings and systems improvement so that they meet the current standards prevailing in office buildings and provide the highest comfort for our tenants. The construction and finishing works for MSD took us only four months – this is not much considering the large scope of works to be performed. Thanks to the scale of Globalworth’s operations, it was much easier to cope with this challenge. A key element was also the skilful coordination of works and close cooperation with the tenant and the tenant’s advisor as well as reliance on trusted suppliers,” said Joanna Liberadzka, Project Manager, Workplaces team at Globalworth Poland.
“The overriding goal of Globalworth is to provide tenants with the most friendly and comfortable working conditions. The effectiveness of our activities is reflected in the satisfaction of companies such as MSD. After more than 10 years of presence in the Warsaw Trade Tower, the tenant has decided to invest in a thorough modernization of the space in cooperation with the Workplaces Globalworth Poland department. MSD Polska is our long-term partner. We feel honored that the company has decided to extend the lease agreement for the following years. Continued cooperation proves that we meet the expectations of the most demanding companies,” Anna Korwin-Kulesza, Asset Management & Leasing Director at Globalworth Poland.
In the process of negotiating the extension of the lease, MSD was represented by consultants from CBRE.
