MSD took 1,000 sqm at Twin City, the newly opened office complex developed by HB Reavis in Bratislava. The global healthcare company was represented by JLL Slovakia during lease negotiations. Twin City is located in the cityās central business district near the Mlynske Nivy bus station and the junction of KaradžiÄova and MlynskĆ© Nivy streets. The first phase of the complex, totaling approximately 15,600 sqm, was delivered late last year. Two additional buildings, totaling 45,000 sqm, are currently under construction and set for completion by the end of this year.
