MSD is expanding the IT center it operates in Prague with an additional 200 new hires. The pharmaceutical company leased the entire Riverview building Skanska developed in Prague 5-SmĂchov last year, and now it is expanding to the nearby Five office project, which Skanska has been developing in SmĂchov. MSD signed a lease contract to take an additional 7,000 sqm in the new building. The transaction will double the space MSD has for its Global Innovation Center in Prague.
