MSF Polska signed a lease on 240 sqm of office space at Atrium Plaza in Warsaw. The Polish arm of the Portuguese engineering service provider, MSF Polska targets Poland’s infrastructure sector, civil construction and real estate investments.
Meanwhile, T.G.I. Friday’s extended its lease at Atrium Plaza. The investor, Peakside Polonia Management, says it recently signed lease agreements on 3,000 sqm of space. ING Bank Śląski has expanded its space in the project, while the private medical chain Enel-med increased its space to 1,200 sqm. Located at Jana Pawła II Avenue, the seven-story Atrium Plaza offers 14,700 sqm of lettable space.
