Telecoms operator Mtel bought an office building in Banja Luka, the second largest city in Bosnia. The company had been leasing 15,600 sqm in the building on Vuka Karadzica street since 2016. Mtel bought the property from Grand Trade, which invested €25m into the building, for around €32m, down from the initial asking price of around €50m, according to local news reports.
