he Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure (MTI) has recently initiated the recruitment process for new board members for a number of companies owned by the Ministry. The initiative is part of the implementation process of Government Ordinance 109/2011 regarding Corporate Governance in State Owned Enterprises.
The companies involved in need are CFR, CFR Calatori, Tarom, Metrorex, CNADNR, Administratia Porturilor Maritime, Aeroporturi Bucuresti, Administratia Canalelor Navigabile, Aeroportul International Timisoara and Telecomunicatii CFR.
