ISHO, a mixed-use project being developed by Ovidiu Sandor in Timisoara, has secured a building permit. Sandor’s company, Mulberry Development, is poised to break ground on the first phase of the project: ISHO Offices. The investment amounts to €130m.
“We start the year with strength by organizing the construction site between Take Ionescu boulevard and the banks of Bega. To optimize development, we divide the project into three phases. Works on the first phase will take a year,” said Ovidiu Sandor. “The first 16,500 sqm of next generation office of ISHO Offices will be delivered by March 2018. At the same time, we will start building the first apartments.”
