Mulberry Development, headed by Ovidiu Sandor, is poised to break ground on the second stage of ISHO Offices, part of its ISHO mixed-use real estate project in Timisoara. The 18,000 sqm second stage of the scheme’s office component is scheduled for completion next spring. ISHO Offices will offer a total leasable area of 50,000 sqm and is going up in three stages. The development will also include 2,000 parking spots.
