Mulberry Development secured a building permit for the Radisson Blu Hotel, which will go up in the Isho project in Timisoara. Construction is scheduled to start soon, with competition planned for 2021. The hotel will include 160 guest rooms, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. It will also have a 24-hour fitness center as well as an outdoor pool. Mulberry Development is owned by Ovidiu Șandor.
