The Polish government plans to present a package of solutions for borrowers next week, government spokesman Piotr Muller announced.
“We are preparing a package of solutions, it should be presented next week, but it must be tailored well enough to actually help those who have big problems and, on the other hand, not drive inflation,” Muller told Polsat News.
Last week, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced changes to the rules for granting support from the Borrowers Support Fund. He said that government representatives were working on these changes together with the head of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the president of the National Bank of Poland.
