The newly opened LEGO store is the first official store of this chain in Gdańsk and the fifth in Poland.
It was arranged in the spirit of the brand characteristic of “retailtainment”, which favors the combination of shopping and fun. It also fits in with the vision of Forum Gdańsk as a place that not only provides quick and convenient shopping, but also meets the needs related to active leisure. This is in line with the strategy adopted by Multi Corporation to create multifunctional spaces and thus increase the value of managed facilities.

Other signed lease agreements include: two Carrefour hypermarkets, a Primark brand store, several Action, HalfPrice and TEDi discount stores, the second LG Brand Store in Europe and the first in Europe cosmetics store of the American chain Nectar Bath Treats. Multi Corporation together with its Polish branch manages a total of over 80 commercial facilities in Europe and Turkey with a total value of assets of up to EUR 5 billion.
The largest contracts in Poland concerned the Magnolia Park shopping center in Wrocław: Carrefour, a chain of hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores, signed a contract for a hypermarket (7,800 sqm) with the first large BIO department outside Warsaw, LG Brand Store, a home electronics distributor, leased 225 premises sqm for the second innovative brand store in Europe, the lease agreement was also signed by the Primark chain, and in December last year. The first Nectar Bath Treats cosmetics store outside the American continent was opened here. In the Sarni Stok shopping center in Bielsko-Biała, however, Carrefour has also opened a new hypermarket in a new format (3,700 sq m), while two discount stores: Action and HalfPrice have leased 1,000 and 1,300 sqm respectively. In turn, in Galeria Pestka, located in one of the largest housing estates in Poznań, Stacja Grawitacja has signed a 5500 sqm lease contract. for the trampoline park. This year, a non-food TEDi discount store with an area of 900 sqm Lease agreements in six Polish centers managed by Multi were also signed by: Pinko, New Balance, Top Secret, Recman, Originals, Dante, Homla, Orange, T-Mobile, Kraina Serów, Decimas, Distance, Sephora, Tattum, Crocs, Time Trend, The Body Shop, Vissavi and Komfort.
Multi is currently in talks with other retail chains interested in leasing premises in six shopping centers managed by the company in Poland.
