In one of the biggest M&A deals on the Polish communication market, Multimedia Polska will be put on sale next year. The company had originally announced the sale earlier this year, but put the plans on hold to pay for an audit conducted by J.P. Morgan, which also will provided an analysis of the Polish communication. According to the news server parkiet.pl, J.P. Morgan’s bill could top PLN 10m. As a result, company officials decided to wait to sell in order to drive up the 2013 earnings.
