Griffin Real Estate secured its first tenant at its Nowa Hala Koszyki retail project in Warsaw. The Polish cable operator Multimedia signed on for 2,500 sqm of offices in the project. The investors said commercialization of the project has just gotten underway, and that new agreements are expected to be signed later this year.
The three-building mixed-use complex will add 15,000 sqm of offices and 6,000 sqm of retail to Warsaw’s property market. The scheme will also offer 200 parking places. The investor expects to complete the project in the second half of 2016.
