Murapol Real Estate has an agreement to acquire from Alta a preliminary agreement for the sale of real estate in the Miasteczko Siewierz Jeziorna area for PLN 11.6 million for the construction of ten multi-family residential buildings for approximately 300 flats, Alta reported. The parties agreed to conclude an agreement transferring ownership by 30 November 2024.
The conclusion of the preliminary sales agreement is a continuation by the Murapol Group companies of the construction of flats in the Miasteczko Siewierz Jeziorna area. Including the preliminary agreement concluded today, Murapol will build approximately 900 flats in the economic segment of the market in this development, the company announcement.
Subsidiary (investment) Alta S.A. – Miasteczko Siewierz Jeziorna sp. z o.o. is developing a compact, sustainable, multi-functional urban project on a 120-hectare plot of land owned by it, located on the northern edge of the Katowice metropolitan area, within the city limits of Siewierz, it was announced.
An international team of urban planners and architects participated in the creation of the plan for the Township. The target population is to be around 15,000 people. Services, shops, schools, kindergartens and a technology park of about 100,000 m2 are also planned. Siewierz Jeziorna Township is selling developed building plots to developers in accordance with the agreed masterplan. There are currently eight developers operating in the Township, it was further announced.
