Within the last six months, the Murapol Group purchased, under final or preliminary contracts, 17 plots of land located in 10 cities for the construction of nearly 7.8 thousand sqm. residential premises, the company said. The total value of the transaction is PLN 380 million.
This pool includes 7 properties contracted with preliminary contracts, on which nearly 3.6 thousand sqm will be built apartments. The remaining 10 agreements concern the finalization of the purchase of previously contracted investment areas, on which real estate projects covering over 4.2 thousand square meters will be implemented.
In the period from October 2020 to March 2021, the Murapol Group finalized the purchase of 10 properties in 9 cities, where a total of nearly 4,200 apartments will be built. They will be offered in subsequent stages of already implemented projects, such as: Murapol Parks in Krakow in Krakow, Murapol Nowe Miasto in Poznań or Murapol Dzieci Warszawy w Warszawie The acquired land also allowed us to strengthen our position with new projects in the cities where we already operate, such as the Murapol Osiedle Smart project, Murapol Zielony Żurawiniec in Poznań and Murapol Osiedle Zdrovo in Gdańsk. also enter with the offer to new cities, ie Sosnowiec with the investment Murapol Apartamenty przy Park and Murapol Osiedle Akademickie do Bydgoszcz.
At the same time, the Murapol Group signed preliminary contracts for the purchase of 7 new investment areas, which are currently in the process of permitting processes, providing for the construction of nearly 3.6 thousand square meters of apartments. In Warsaw, the developer has contracted a plot of land near the Żerański Canal, which will enable the implementation of a residential project with over 350 apartments. The developer’s land bank in Łódź has increased by three properties in new locations, which will total 1.2 thousand sqm. of apartments. In Poznań, Murapol is preparing another project on the contracted land close to the Old Town, which will be used to build a new urban tissue for over 1,000 sq m. apartments. The developer has also contracted another property in Gdańsk near Śródmieście for the construction of over 300 apartments. A plot of land in Gliwice was also contracted, in the vicinity of the investment at ul. Kozielska.

We are strengthening our position in key cities, such as Poznań, where the finalized transactions and the contracted land allow us to complete over 2.2 thousand jobs. We are returning to Gdańsk, where we have nearly 800 apartments under construction and preparation. The situation is similar for the contracted plots in Łódź. We are consistently increasing the pool of projects in Warsaw and Kraków. At the end of March, the portfolio of projects under construction of the Murapol Group included nearly 7 thousand units in 82 buildings as part of 22 projects in 15 cities.
