Murapol purchased a plot in Gdynia, where it plans to develop 630 apartments with a combined area of 30,400 sqm. The cost of 4.8 ha site was PLN 25.75m. Construction at the junction of Śmidowicza and Nasypowa streets is scheduled to start this month. This is Murapol’s second residential development in Gdynia. The company is also building 430 housing units on Starochwaszczańska street with a combined useable area of 20,000 sqm.
