The Turkish company Murat Ticaret started construction work on its new plant in Macedonia. The company will invest €6.6m in the factory where all the output will be for export. The new facility will be located in industrial zone Skopje 2 , on an 18,000sqm plot where new 300 jobs will be created. Completion is planned by the end of this year.
The company was founded nearly 50 years ago and supplies the automotive industry, manufacturing electrical wiring harnesses and automotive battery cables in cooperation with leading global automotive companies. Murat Ticaret employs more than 2,200 people around the world.
