MVGM, an internationally operating property manager, is unveiling a new brand identity. The slogan “Passion for People and Property” reflects the company’s core values of deep commitment to the real estate sector and focus on people in the management process. The Dutch company is communicating a unified brand promise and introducing a new visual identity in all countries where it is present – including Poland. In doing so, it is embarking on the next phase of growth in Europe.

After a period of rapid growth, fraught with numerous acquisitions, company integrations, office openings in new locations and further expansion of its range of services, MVGM is announcing a new corporate identity that marks another milestone on the road to building a leadership position in the European real estate market. The brand relaunch is expected to help strengthen the company’s position and create a distinctive image, not only among business partners, but also among employees and young talent.

MVGM has grown in recent years to become one of Europe’s largest real estate service providers. Through organic growth and numerous acquisitions, it now has a total of more than 1,500 employees at 41 locations in 9 countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain. In Poland, the company manages a volume of nearly 1.5 million sq. m. of office, retail, warehouse, residential space, and has become one of the five largest commercial property managers in the country during the 3 years of its presence on the domestic market.

“The brand promise “Passion for People and Property” plays a central role in the brand identity. We want to emphasize that people – our employees, clients, tenants – are the most important in our work,” says Janno de Haas, CEO, MVGM International.

The company’s key message is complemented by a refreshed visual identity, consisting of a new logo, and graphic style of materials, a revised color scheme, and websites that are consistent across MVGM’s European subsidiaries. The company also relies on unified communication of values and services to build brand awareness among its audience.

“We have developed our strong position in Poland based on actively listening to property owners and tenants, responding to their needs and market challenges, and by building long-term partnerships with our clients. The brand identity perfectly reflects our approach to both real estate and people. The new slogan and visual identity will allow us to more effectively communicate the values that guide us in our daily work,” adds Łukasz Mazurczak, Managing Director, MVGM Poland.
