MVGM, a property management company in Poland and Europe, has signed a new agreement with PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital expanding its existing cooperation to include the commercialization of retail and service space located in five office buildings owned by both entities. This is the first contract to provide leasing services in the office sector, where MVGM promises rapid growth.
The portfolio of five office buildings owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital consists of Class A facilities located in Poland’s major regional cities of Poznan, Lodz, Gdansk, Krakow and Wroclaw.
In October this year. MVGM announced a reorganization of its structure following the company’s focus on specialization and leveraging the knowledge and expertise of its teams. The company takes a comprehensive approach to managing the properties entrusted to it and offers its clients a wide range of services. Małgorzata Słowik, who for over a year has been leading the team and building the company’s competence in the area of retail leasing, has been appointed director of the Leasing Department, and will now cover other facilities from the company’s portfolio. MVGM’s long-term cooperation with PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital has resulted in a new, expanding contract.
“My team’s experience, together with MVGM’s established position in the market, allows us to grow in the rental area of the properties we manage. At MVGM, the most important thing for us are partnerships with clients based on trust. Therefore, we are not only developing the company’s main business line, but we are constantly introducing new services that we are happy to implement in the properties we manage. We also want to expand the commercialization offer, which we have implemented so far in retail properties, to such sectors as office, residential and warehouse and logistics,” said Lukasz Mazurczak, Managing Director of MVGM.
So far, the contracts signed by MVGM involving leasing have been for retail properties. Therefore, it is worth noting that this is the first such contract in the office sector for the manager, which is a natural result of the development direction taken by the company.
“The fact that we are well acquainted with the needs of our clients and the properties we manage allows us to smoothly and efficiently introduce our other services to them, such as ESG, certification and leasing activities. The commercialization of real estate regardless of the sector of activity requires an individually tailored strategy and a flexible approach, which we at MVGM promote. That’s why I’m pleased that we are expanding our competencies and, with the experience we have acquired in the retail area, opening up to other markets,” said Malgorzata Slowik, Leasing Director, MVGM.
With a portfolio of more than 1.5 million sqm of space, MVGM is one of the three largest property managers in Poland. The volume of space managed by MVGM includes offices and retail and logistics/warehouse properties.
