MVGM, a commercial property management, has acquired a new management mandate in Wrocław. Carbon Tower, an A-class office building belonging to the Cavatina Holding group, was placed under the wings of MVGM.
MVGM will provide a full spectrum of entrusted property management services – from the efficient takeover of the building care, through maintaining the best and effective relations with tenants, to service and cost optimization. MVGM will also be responsible for overseeing the building’s technical, operational, administrative and financial issues.

This is yet another property that has recently added to our Wrocław portfolio. In total, 8 office buildings with an area of nearly 105,000 sq m are managed by a team of several experienced experts. Carbon Tower is a 15-storey A-class office building, offering 19,000 sqm modern and comfortable work space. It is located in the heart of the western, business district of Wrocław, at ul. Fabryczna, but close to the city’s main communication junctions, ul. Legnicka and AOW and the airport. The office building has obtained BREEAM certificates at the Very Good level, as well as WELL Health & Safety Rating. The facility has an extensive bicycle infrastructure, numerous amenities for tenants and a medical facility

The office building in Wrocław was commissioned in mid-2019. The building is commercialized in 98%. The group of tenants includes, among others Farutex, Mitsubishi Electric, Kancelaria Prawna Lebek i Wspólnicy, Grupa Eneris, Lux Med, Idea Getin Leasing, Tenderhut, Arcadis, Prostep and Selsey.
