MVGM, a real estate management company in Poland and Europe, expanded its office portfolio by winning a management mandate in the Crown Square office building in Warsaw. The building belonging to Menora Group and M&A Capital offers over 16,000 sqm surface. Crown Square is the second office building in Warsaw from the owner’s portfolio managed by MVGM. The company also acts as a manager in Karolkowa Business Park.
“We decided to extend our cooperation with MVGM. The main argument in this decision was the high quality of services provided by the company in Karolkowa Business Park. MVGM specialists perfectly know the Warsaw office market and offer solutions tailored to our properties. Therefore, with full confidence, we entrust them with the management of the second office building from our portfolio,” comments Sylwia Pytko-Burska, Asset Manager at M&A Capital SARL.
“We are especially pleased that we are the company of first choice for our clients. This shows that the partnership approach and quality that we focus strongly on at MVGM are becoming our market advantage. We plan to further develop our services so as to provide comprehensive support to property owners. In the case of Crown Square, we focus primarily on audits and optimizations, including, for example, media consumption. In the long term, we will work on the attractiveness of the office building, so that it fully responds to the changing needs of tenants, and on increasing the value of this property,” comments Łukasz Mazurczak, Managing Director of MVGM.
Crown Sqaure is located at ul. Przyokopowa 31, next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, in the area of the Central Business District. Crown Square is an A-class office building, offering over 16,000 sqm office space for rent, spread over 12 floors. The office building, built in 2010, underwent modernization two years ago, and modern and comfortable work spaces also meet environmental requirements.
“The building has a green BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. It offers comfortable and friendly working conditions thanks to well-designed space and access to daylight on all floors. The common parts that have been modernized are distinguished by a modern design. In addition, there are commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the building, including the Enel-Med medical facility, which also improves the convenience and everyday comfort of using the office building by tenants,” sums up Leszek Sybura, Operations Director of MVGM.
MVGM manages a 1.5 million sqm portfolio in Poland, including office, commercial, logistics, and warehouse space, as well as over 1,600 PRS apartments. The company currently manages 45 office buildings totaling nearly 900,000 square meters, including the Warsaw Spire, Generation Park, Gdaski Business Center, Pozna Nowy Rynek, Gdask Airport City, and Wojdya Business Park in Wrocaw.
