MyBOX Logistics, part of Marketing Investment Group (MIG), has leased 22,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R Park Kielce. Axi Immo advised the tenant during all stages of the BTS investment. The tenant will move into the new facility at the end of the year. 7R Park Kielce is a class A warehouse which will be developed in Chęciny. The park will ultimately offer 62,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The minimum storage units at 7R Park Kielce are 2,000 sqm. The facility will use energy-saving solutions, including LED lighting. The building will have a high standard of fire protection.
