Part of the Victoria Park myhive office building located in the northern part of Bucharest will be transformed to house a private dermatology and oncology surgery hospital. Leventer Medical Group officials are investing about EUR 10 million in transforming an area of 6,500 sqm office building into a medical unit. Leventer Medical Group has signed a 25-year lease with Immofinanz developer for the surface of the Victoria Park myhive building.
The hospital will have 5 operating rooms and over 60 beds. According to Leventer Medical Group officials, the unit will be inaugurated in 2024.
