The Cluj County Council is in advanced negotiations with an unnamed multinational company that intends to invest €1bn in a production unit at the Tetarom III industrial park in the city of Jucu. According to Cluj County Council representatives, this investment will add 5,000 new jobs to the local market over a four-year period.
The name of the multinational company has not been disclosed at this stage.
According zf.ro, Cluj County Council started negotiations with the company four months ago.
