Nagel-Group signed a lease on 6,000 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Poznań VIII, which is currently under construction in Komorniki. The tenant, one of Europe’s leading food logistics companies, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. Panattoni Park Poznań VIII is a logistics will offer 85,000 sqm in two modern warehouses. The logistics park will also include large truck courts and parking areas for trucks and cars in addition to air-conditioned offices and welfare facilities.
