Nai Apollo Group has successfully signed two lease contracts in Mayfarth Quarter in Frankfurt am Main. Pfeiffer & May and Klafs Sauna have let a total of 1,000 sqm of space at Mayfarth Straße 15-19. The landlord of the property is Merz Immobilien. Pfeiffer & May is expanding its presence in Frankfurt am Main and has leased 500 sqm of retail and space, as well as 200 sqm of office space. Klafs, a sauna, pool and spa supplier, has rented additional an 300 sqm of retail space. The Mayfarth Quarter, which is being marketed by Nail Apollo Group, is a mixed-use area for commercial, residential and office space.
