NAI Realvest has completed a long-term lease agreement for the Beulah Commerce Center in the Orlando submarket of Winter Garden. Prevost Car Inc. based in Greensboro, N.C., has leased Building 3 with 41,600 square feet at 1300 Green Forest Court within the industrial campus. The lease includes 30 bus parking spaces and a 1,250 square foot wash bay along with 1.9 acres of paved, lighted and fenced parking area. Construction is currently underway on the facility located at the northeast corner of Beulah and Stagg roads, and is slated for completion in August 2018. The tenant was represented in the transaction by NAI Realvest principals Kevin O’Connor, Matt Cichocki and Jason G. Toll, director of industrial services. The leased properties will combine to provide a Florida service center for the tenant’s Prevost celebrity buses.
