National Bank of Hungary opens office in New York

30 August 2017

The National Bank of Hungary will open an office in New York on Friday. The bank recently secured permission from the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The bank currently has offices in Paris, Rome and Hamburg. As it was reported last year, the bank spends approximately €51,000 per month to operate its offices abroad. Its new New York office will allow the bank to have a direct connection with one of the worldʼs biggest financial centers.
