Construction company Strabag Pozemné a inženierské stavitelstvo will oversee construction of the national football stadium in Bratislava’s Tehelne pole district. The investor, NFŠ, recently sealed the deal with Strabag. The company won the tender with a bid worth €49.8m. The new stadium is expected to take a year and a half to complete, and 30 percent of the work will be done by subcontractors. Metrostav Praha and a consortium of AVA-stav Galanta and Váhostav-SK also competed in the tender.
